At Noah Wellness, each product is thoughtfully crafted in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and care. Because our products are ingestible and produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.
Product Orders (Tea & Physical Goods)
Due to the nature of our herbal products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@noahwellness.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly review the issue and make it right.
Tea Omakase™ & Event Tickets
All event ticket purchases are non-refundable.
However:

Tickets may be transferred to a friend.

If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, we may offer a one-time transfer to a future date, subject to availability.
Because each gathering is intentionally small and thoughtfully prepared in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for missed events or last-minute cancellations.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
