Certain products may be offered as subscription purchases or pre-orders. This section explains how these purchases work.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout.
Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you choose to pay in advance.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date through your customer account or by contacting us at info@noahwellness.co.
Subscription charges already processed are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional information.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel subscription offerings at our discretion.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, certain products may be offered as pre-orders. A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is not yet in stock but is expected to become available in the future.
Payment may be collected in full or as a partial deposit at the time of checkout. If a deposit is collected, the remaining balance may be charged prior to shipment.
Pre-orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our Refund Policy.
Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are not guaranteed and may change due to production or supply delays.
