Begin with The Noah Blend, served in two expressions that reveal its full character. Then, explore the five hand-selected ingredients that compose the blend—each brewed individually to highlight its distinct flavor, benefits, and origin story.

Every tasting is paired with a Korean dessert by Rice Blossoms, handcrafted to harmonize with each ingredient. You’ll leave not just refreshed, but inspired—by the craft of tea, the intentionality of brewing, and the connections made in a thoughtfully curated space.

Each handmade hangwa (한과) bite mirrors the tea’s flavor and energy:

• Baek-sul-gi (백설기) with bean-paste flower — kabocha flavor (GF, vegan)

• Gyeong-dan (경단) — black sesame flavor

About the Collaborator

Jennifer Ban, Founder of Rice Blossoms
After becoming a new mom, Jennifer (known as Mama Ban) sought healthy yet creative snacks for her daughters—and a creative outlet after stepping away from interior design.
In rediscovering her Korean roots, she fell in love with hangwa (한과)—traditional Korean desserts that are wholesome, elegant, and deeply symbolic. Through Rice Blossoms, she reimagines these confections with a modern sensibility, each one steamed with love.
